Printing plate fees are for the custom machined metal plates that are used to print your design onto the packaging. Each colour layer requires a separate plate for use in layered printing.
Yes, printing plates are only necessary on first time orders or orders with redesigned elements. Your plates are stored and last for 3 years with unlimited printing.
Average production takes 12 – 14 days for most orders and ships in 5 – 10 days via express air.

Design Parameters and Setup
Layered PDF is preferred but designs may also be in PSD, AI, INDD and EPS.
Your design can be uploaded to the link in your purchase confirmation email.
We send final printing proofs, before production begins, giving you the opportunity to make any corrections. Once the design is approved it has been accepted by the buyer as correct.
Submit two files, the first file with the design and the second file with design elements, using black, to represent the spot uv, foil and other special finishes. Ensure to label both files the same with the special finish added to the second document title.
Print file conversion is for customers who have a design but need help converting that design into a manufacturing ready document with die lines. This option allows customers to save time by leveraging our team to perform the conversion and requires the customer to only approve the proof.
Custom design allows customers to leverage our design team to create packaging designs, from scratch, with input from the customer. This option allows customers, that do not have a dedicated design team, to focus on their business while our designers create something truly unique.
